02

We set it up for you

We build your system, add your menu or products, and test it before you touch it.

You go live

Your team gets a short walkthrough. You start using it. We stay reachable — a real person, not a ticket.

04

Month two onwards

What makes it different
from the big platforms.

Built for one trade, not for all of them

Generic software makes you adapt your business to the program. Each M&M Sys product is built around how that sector actually works — its vocabulary, its workflow, its daily problems.

No commission on your revenue

Flat monthly fee. We don’t take a cut of your bookings, your sales or your transactions. What you earn is yours.

You talk to the person who built it

No call centre, no support ticket that takes three days. When something needs fixing, you reach the team directly.

Price that fits an independent business

From £29/month. Set up from £150. Designed for businesses that run on tight margins.

The things people ask
before they book a demo.

Do I have to sign a 12-month contract?

No. One month minimum, which covers the setup. After that it is month to month — cancel with 30 days’ notice, no questions asked.

What is included in the setup fee?

We configure the software for your business: your menu, products or services, your users and your settings. You configure nothing yourself.

Can I use it on my existing hardware?

In most cases yes. We check your current hardware during the demo call before you commit to anything.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data belongs to you. Before your account closes we export everything in a standard format so you can take it anywhere.

Do you only work in London?

We are based in London and most of our clients are here, but the software runs online so geography is not a barrier.

How long does setup take?

Typically a few days from payment to going live, depending on how much information you provide (menus, product lists, team details).
